De Los Altos is a food truck on Monterey Road in Gilroy with a short menu done right: tacos with meat, onion, cilantro and salsa; quesabirria — birria, cheese, onion and cilantro — sold single or by the three; a regular burrito, a super burrito loaded with cheese, guacamole and sour cream; a quesadilla suiza; and a breakfast burrito with your pick of chorizo, bacon or ham.
Nothing sits under a heat lamp. Every order is made when you place it.
We’re open Thursday through the weekend, and late on Friday and Saturday — so whether it’s a lunch run, a family dinner, or the last stop of the night, the truck is there.
